Nia seems to get all kinds of rashes & bites. She has a new spot. It came up last week (Mon or Tues). It has gotten worse since then. We think it is a spider bite. Any ideas?????
It does look like a bite that has developed into an infection, possibly cellulitis. Brynna got this once after getting bit by an ant. We ended up having to take her to an urgent care place because it kept getting worse and started having red streaks. They almost sent her to the ER, but the antibiotics worked in time. If it isn't any better or gets worse, you might want to call your doctor's office and talk to a nurse to see if she should have it looked at.
